JRS report bulder is not working

Hi ,

When I am trying to access report builder I am getting below error. JRS version 6.0.2.

CRRGW5328E An java.lang.NullPointerException error occurred on the server

Please help me in this

I have the same problem, but, i could build a report with firefox version 51 - english.

There are many possible causes by this error code CRRGW5328E. Let us know the detail. - What operation you have done when you saw this error? - What change you made ? (eg. problem starts happening after upgrading to JRS version x) - Do you see any other problems in JRS application? - Explain anything it may be related to this problem.
