We want to integrate RTC API to create work item by programmatic. So how many RTC APIs can be used? And how to use them? Is there some articles for it? Thanks in advance.

You can use the REST/OSLC API or the Java Client API. If your automation runs in the server it could use the Java Server API as well (or the OSLC/REST API's). See https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2013/03/14/what-apis-are-available-for-rtc-and-what-can-you-extend/
