Hello Rajesh,
RQMCommandLineAdapter.zip serves as an example of how to write a Test Execution Adapter for RQM. It can be found in: <install>\RQM20\adapters

You could also consider running your JUnits from a command line script and leveraging the Command Line Adapter.

Do you have any documentation on how to integrate Silk testing tools with RQM?
Is it possible ?
