Why is JTS 6.0.2 not starting in Windows 8.1?
I installed the CLM suite 6.0.2 in Windows 8.1, running in a virtual machine (VMware Fusion running on a Mac).
When I run the server.startup.bat batch file from a command line, the returned message is Unable to open file 'verbosegc.mpid.txt.002' for writingI am able to repeat this. Attempting to open the JTS admin page results in failure, indicating that the server is not running. Permissions on the folder look okay. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this actually a folder permissions issue, or something else? Thanks in advance. |

I was not invoking the startup batch program as an administrator. |
