RTC integration with BMC Remedy using Tasktop Sync

Hi,
We are integrating RTC 6.0.1 with Remedy through tasktop sync, its working for built in attribute of remedy, not able to fetch any custom attribute from remedy system, could ou please suggest how to fetch custom attribute from remedy system?

I would suggest to talk to Tasktop directly. They are probably best suited to answer questions about their products.
