RTC Connections link with Single Sign on enabled ?

which information do I need to add to my user-profile to use the Connections Integration with a company wide Single Sign on enabled ? Can I leave the password blank or do I need to set it in another direction ? Thanks in advance. Siegfried. |

RTC only supports a selection of SSO methods. The way that you described the method just does not sound familiar.
