setting Versioned Content Maximum Size at project level

We have set the Versioned Content Maximum Size to 25MB under advanced properties in RTC instance. Is there a way to remove this limit for any particular project area in the Instance ? We have a requirement where one project team whats to upload files bigger than 25 MB but we don't want to open the limit for all project areas in the Instance.
Any advice is much appreciated!
