How to permanently change comment display order?
After the upgrade to 5.0.2, users of the repository I manage noticed that the default ordering of comments has been changed. While some think this is great, others want to have the ordering reversed. I know it is possible to change the display order of comments for a work item by interactively clicking on the corresponding icon.
Question is: How can the sort order of work items be changed permanently to oldest first? Thanks for your help! |

As far as I know, the sort order is changed for all workitems accessed from a given repository from a given browser when you change the comment display order. There is no global setting on the server - each user has the option of specifying their preference in the workitem editor. FYI, here is the workitem that implemented the sort toggle with more details:
