Receiving Error when accessing the Workitem Tab in Manage Projects (See Error Below)

RTC 6.0.3

I can modify workitems on the eclipse client, however if I want to modify workitems on the web I am getting this error

In Manage Projects I click on the Workitem tab:

Receiving error below:

work items

the tab identified as follows did not load successfully

ID: com.ibm.workitem.web.process

Title work Items

Widget com.ibm.team.workitem.web.process.ui.internal.page.workItemProcessPage

Error _49 is not a constructor

Does anyone know what could cause this error?
