Precondition to block some roles adding new attachments or links in the links tab

Hi ,
I need to form a precondition which blocks users from modifying ,editing the links tab I have used the out of the box precondition which prevents editing of the workitem in the overview tab ,We are using RTC 4.0.6 ,Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please note, that some of the link types such as Tracks don't trigger participants when created. So you won't be able to protect against it.

You can also set permissions to create and save work item links and attachments for specific roles.
