How to install CLM from the download zip file?

I am using Mac to self-education for CLM. I can download RTC linux zip file, and run startup in my Mac pro. But it only has the JTS/CCM application, how can I also install QM and register it to JTS?
I tried install IM mac version, but the IM repository does not support MAC, so I can not install CLM by IM.

I go to the CLM solution download page and could download the CLM plain zip

As far as I know, you will have to download an Installation Manager repository (or web install) to get QM, RM,... etc.
