I want o disable few attribute for few Team Area's Member and rest of the workitem remain same for them , but that attribute should be enable for others team area.

Work item attributes are defined for the whole project area. It is not possible to disable them for team areas. At best it might be possible to remove permissions to set them for roles or to make them read only by condition.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
