Weird behavior with Vision Statement widget in CLM 6.0.1

When creating a new project area using the SAFe 3.0 Program template, I get an "error occurred while loading the widget" error and am unable to see contents.

I can see the contents of the widget if I copy the widget and paste it from the project dashboard to my personal dashboard

Anyone know what's going on?

There seems to be a wrong URI somehow. The JTS tries to locate the widget definition on localhost and I assume your CCM server is not reachable on localhost. I don't know how that could happen. It should have the public URI of the server.
