What are the draft reports in Report Builder?

Draft reports are used for previewing results during construction of the report.
They are intentionally not editable otherwise other users could modify report drafts while construction is in process.
Usually the draft is deleted automatically when the user navigates to another page or the saves the report.
However, in some cases they won't be deleted if the user lets a session timeout or closes the browser.
Leftover Drafts can be safely deleted.
