If you to to Admin -> Manage Project Properties -> Custom Attributes; Select the artifact you are interested
There will be a 'Required' check box for each attribute (as seen below)

What about the "Time Spent" attibute, is it possible to change it to "Mandatory" ?
It is not a Custom Attribute in RQM TestScript.
