When review is finished by team member, how to read the history of the review. I click "History" of the Review Session, but always am reported like "No history, once review is finished, it can be used."

What happens? How to read the history of review?

I could be wrong, but I believe the history tab on work items only generates history based on the description field and/or state changes ...
