RQM to DOORS links

Marco Lecora (136) | asked Dec 12 '16, 6:46 a.m.

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to programmatically (e.g.: by means of a C# or Java library) add a link between an RQM Test Case and a DOORS module?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Regards

Marco

Yes, you can use the RQM OSLC API.  However, RQM test cases are linked to requirements (see http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/QmSpecificationV2#Resource_TestCase) and RQM test plans are linked to requirement collections (see http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/QmSpecificationV2#Resource_TestPlan).

Thank you for your answer Paul; do you know any tutorial/howto I can follow to write an OSLC API consumer?

Hi Marco

Have you been able to execute what you wanted to do ? is it possible to share it with me. I am interested in more or less the same. Since DOORS does not support CM the way to do it is by finding all the links to say vX in DOORS and recreate them in vX+. So if you did manage to implement, it would help a lot to solve this kind of a problem

Thanks
Shimon
