Creating a Defect from a failed Step in RQM is it possible to add to the information automatically populated

In CLM V5.0.2 when a defect is created directly from a failed test step, certain piece are automatically populated into the defect. Eg The preceding test steps are added as steps to reproduce.

Is it possible to amend and add additional information to what is automatically included in the defect?
