RTC 6.0: how to generate Tree View Report for the Hierarchy Epic - Story - Tasks

I want create report in Tree format for work Epic,Story, Task list this.

..>Story1
....>Task1
....>Task2
..>Story2
....>Task3
....>Task4
>Ecpic2
..>Story3
....>Task4
....>Task5
..>Story4
....>Task6
....>Task7
.
.
.
.
I am trying to create this type of report using Reporting Builder. Can anybody guide me on this ? Thanks in advance.

Choose artifacts:
  • select work item Epic
Traceability link:
  • select child work item
  • rename Work Item 1 to Story
  • click add relationship
  • select child work item
  • rename Work Item 1 to Task

Limit scope

  • select the project

Set conditions

  • set conditions as needed

I have used same approch and its nice but for some storiesĀ  all the Tasks are not being pulled out in report. I'm wondering why.?
