Why do I get logged out of Jazz when I try to access Try RQM in the cloud, or download it?

I registered with Jazz about 15 minutes ago purely to try RQM.

I log in and click on Products and them on RQM

If I then click on Download or Try in the Cloud I get sent to 'We'd like to customize your Rational Quality Manager trial experience! ' and have been logged out.

Any suggestions?

Geoff,

Are you still getting logged out while clicking 'Download' or 'Try in Cloud'? Are you able to login again and use it in cloud? 

I tried couple of time and could use it with the same user login session.
