Open Report Studio fails with crrrl0005e
When I open every report in IBM Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence (RRDI), I see following error message on the screen:
CRRL0005E: Can not log on to the report server. The trial period for the report server has expired.

The root cause for the issue was authentication to jazz server set to anonymous.
You need to set authentication server either manually in <rrdi-install>/cognos/conf/jazzns_config.xml file or in RRDI setup application. |
