Cannot open RQM 2.0 zip files

I have downloaded the RQM standard 2.0 zip files, part1 and part2, twice already and this is the error I got when opening the zip file.

Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.

If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.

Anyone know why?

It seems the download has cut before it was really complete. :-(

I have the same problem. I watched the download complete all the way. The file size also match. But i also get the error ! E:RQM-Standard-2.0-Disk1.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged
Anyone know why?

I have tried to download a few times now on several different machines no luck. Can anyone try it and see if they are getting the same problem.

I was able to extract the files with 7-zip instead of winzip or winrar

Update: ------------
I downloaded again using FireFox and now it works. Don't use IE6.

I found from the jazz.net site, that the downloads only completed successfully, if you selected one at a time and let it finish to completion, otherwise the file would download to about 70% and then appear to be finished.

Another vote for 7-Zip.
Not sure if you're on Windows or not, but seeing how you ran into the problem I'm assuming the answer is "yes". Both WinZip and Windows built in zip functionality suffer from problems with long path names.

John

I spoke to the jazz.net team and they found some gzip issues with IE6 and IE7 and fixed it. I haven't test it. Hopefully all's well now.
