How do I fix the ldx "registration" problem

I ran jts/setup all the through with no apparent errors.

However when I look at the jts admin console I find this warning
Application: the consumer key "<123456>" for "/ldx" was allocated by this server, when it should have been allocated by the application.
This may indicate that the setup wizard for the application must be executed.

How can I fix this?

1)  When you run the add application wizard, it asks for a consumer secret.  When  does that come from?
2) I have LQE collocated with JTS, and LQE on a second sever.  CLM has been working for several months.  I recently go the registration warning.  However, when I go to the C:\IBM\JazzTeamServer606\server\conf\ldx there is no ldx.properties file but an  lqe.properties.  file.  That doesn't seem correct. is it?

1) you make one up

2) as long as you're in /conf/ldx then lqe.properties is the correct filename for LDX's settings properties file.
