unable to view links in DNG and DM

Hi All,
I have installed CLM 6.0(RM,QM,GC,Lqe,LDX,VCC,CCM,DM) on windows server 2012 R2 using Tomcat server.
I created project areas for (CCM,QM,RM,DM,GC), enabled global configuration. Now when I create tracebility links from RM to QM and other applications I am unable to see that link in DNG (i.e validated by,implemented by, etc). Same problem with DM, when i create links from DM i am unable to see them in DM, However i am able to see all links properly in QM.
I have selected correct global configuration for this projects while linking.
Do we have any workaround for this...?

This works fine for me. You probably will need to call IBM support, so they can help you figure out what is wrong with your environment.
