I want to create a new artifact type in my local doorsng test server

I want to create a new artifact type in my local doorsng test server but the button is greyed out. I have checked that I am an administrator etc... Any idea what I need to do this?

I think the issue is that I have the trial installation which most likely does not have the Analyst license?

Trail installation should have 10 Analyst licenses that needs to be activated.
