Broken Link IBM Developer Kit

Hi
Im trying to download the IBM Developer Kit for JavaTM 1.6 SR4 + PK86771 at the following URL
This is to allow us to use RTC 2.0 with Eclipse Versions
The link below allows us to download however the archives are corrupt when we attempt to uzip
We have tried numerous attempts

Im not sure who I need to contact regarding this, can someone help me out if possible

Attemped to download the SDK for x86 (windows)
Also got an error. Will ping the owner (info@jazz.net)

Every zip file I've tried from the download page seems to have this problem. I agree, this should be looked into, as this is hampering our ability to upgrade from RTC 1.0.1 to 2.0.
