We have a current ccm project that was built using the OpenUp template.  We are in need of organizing our work items as a "Scrum board".  I've read on these forums that it is not possible to convert a project from one template to another.  But, there is a suggestion that you can "add" components from one template into an existing project that was built upon another template.

Is there anyway to get a "Scrum Board" into an OpenUp project?

Are there other ways to switch process templates? i.e. Create new project and move artifacts from old project into the new project?
