Is there a way to get phone number or other info LDAP directory to user info on RTC?
Hi
I had checked LDAP and RTC setting and could not find any possible way to do this but let me ask these questions in case anyone has some idea.
LDAP related Question
Q1. Is there a way to get phone number or other info LDAP directory to user info on RTC?
When we set up a connection with LDAP, we only map these 3 user properties. Is there a way to map more properties? If so, how we can show it on RTC?
userId =[LDAP user ID]
name =[LDAP user name]
emailAddress =[LDAP user e-mail]
Work Items/Plan related Question
Q2. Is there a way to display user info (such as Email) on WorkItems?
Q3 Is there a way to display user info (such as Email) in plan view?

Accepted answer
There are no configurable additional attributes or properties available for the user at this time. I know there is an enhancement request available for being able to pull custom attributes from LDAP into RTC and display it in the user profile.
