Best practice for updating the SMTP mail relay server for CLM 501

Hi,

We have been informed of updating our SMTP mail relay server to point to a new host replacing the existing one.

Hence would like to know the best practice for getting this change implemented.

1. Do we need to update by run the JTS\Setup.

2. Just updating the existing teamserver.properties file will do ?

3. Can we update via JTS/Server administration page ?

Hi Anoop,

If you already have the JTS\Setup, its always good and I recommend you to use the option 3
( Update via JTS/Server administration page)
