How to resolve Error Message when Installing RSA - Design Manager into an Existing CLM Environment

I am receiving the following error message when installing RSA Design Manager into my existing CLM environment. Is there a install document I should folow in this scenario?

Sorry, for got to include the error message...
We are installing a new instance of RSA-DM into an existing CLM environment. The RSA-DM sesrver will be a different server than the existing JTS server, but we still want RSA-DM to use the existing JTS server. When we attempt to install we get this error message. The configured database lock ID does not match the lock ID in the database. IDCRJAZ1770E
