This would be a functionality provided by the browser in use, currently when I upload an MP4 Chrome and FF preview it. IE 11 didn't do it for me, maybe they accept different codecs.
I'm talking about the preview in videos already uploaded (Like image preview). I use chrome and firefox, but I can't see the preview (MP3 videos).
