Unexpected error when trying to accept the Jazz cloud trial project

When sending the project invite for the trial cloud project the user is not able to join.

The invite is sent
User received the invite via email
When the user selects the link to join the, the web page opens and the user selects to join and the process starts but fails with "Unexpected Error".

Is there any more information other than the "Unexpected Error"? Which browser is being used? Does the javascript console give any more information?
