JRS V5.0.2 with ifix007 not listing out of the box reports

We have RTC 5.0.2 with ifix007 on test and production environment. Recently we installed JRS on test machine and everything works fine. We installed same JRS on production environment. But "out of the box" reports" are not showing up. What could be the reason or how to deploy the OOB reports?

Hello John,

to import the OOTB reports you can go to the Admin section and select "Import ready-to-use reports".

Hi Tojan,

Try going to the Admin link in the top right of the JRS page, then click on "Import ready-to-use reports" and see if that fixes it.

Hello John,

if you click on the top label "Import ready-to-use reports" it should not ask for a zip (like the hyperlink below) and get automatically the OOTB reports.
