Accessing /rm/publish/text?metadata=schema results in Error 403: Forbidden
I logged into DOORS Next Generation and I tried the following link
https://clm-server:9443/rm/publish/text?metadata=schema
I got the following error
Error 403: Forbidden
An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ1848E To perform the "com.ibm.rrs.saveComment" operation, the user (userid="rm_user") must have one of the following licenses that are installed on the server: Analyst, Contributor, Contributor, Developer for IBM Enterprise Platforms, Quality Professional, Practitioner, Contributor-Floating, Developer, Analyst-Floating, Contributor, Contributor. I have logged into DOORS Next Generation successfully and do have an analyst license.
Why am I still getting this error?

Regardless which user you log in with, you still need to assign one of the following licenses to user rm_user:
Analyst
Contributor
Developer for IBM Enterprise Platforms
Quality Professional
Practitioner
Contributor-Floating
Developer
Analyst-Floating
Below are the steps to assign licenses to user rm_user
1. Access Server Administration - Active Users
https://clm-server:9443/jts/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.manageUsers
2. Click on rm_user
3. In "Client Access Licenses", make sure one of the following is ticked.
Analyst
Contributor
Developer for IBM Enterprise Platforms
Quality Professional
Practitioner
Contributor-Floating
Developer
Analyst-Floating
