For RAM 7.5.2.2 why the asset states are not displaying correctly

In our  RAM 7.5.2.2  production, the asset states are not displaying correctly. States such as “Approved”, “Submitted”, “Under Review” should display instead of the actual name of the lifecycle workflow.

  asset_wrkflow




This happens sometimes. The resulting problem is that it is not possible to move an asset from one state to another.

Any Suggestion would be of great help.

 look like this is an issue with indexing.

After a server restart the issue seem to have resolved.

 hi, Anoop.
I think this  might be the problem of the internal RTC server. Next time when you meet this error, please check if the RTC server is working fine.
