Distributed SCM Error - Cannot connect to database

I am attempting to populate a stream in one ccm repository from a snapshot in another ccm repository and am getting the error, "The server could not connect to the database. Try the operation again." The is only a snippet of the error message as a series of SQL statements follow.

This may be a timeout situation as the stream contents are quite large.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks,

What if you create a stream with just one component? Are you logged in to both repos?

Dudley, did you ever figure out what the problem was?
Can you confirm the questions that Ralph asked as well?
If you happen to still have a stack trace around, please include that as well.
