Hi,
I have multiple workitems listed in an excel sheet. Is there a way i can bulk uplaod them to rtc, all in one go.

You can upload new work items and also update existing work items in CSV format using eclipse client. This feature is not available in the web client.

Caution: This is CSV Upload and hence rich text cannot be imported.
First row in the csv should contain the name of the attribute and not the label.
