Hello,
I've updated CLM from v5.0.1 to v6.0 and I added RS bundle to this upgrade... all is working fine and normally... but I have checked something weird...
About LQE, I followed this technical note: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/LQEDatabaseSetup (as I commented, LQE is worning fine, well so slowly but withut issues), I'm running the datasources but this server has several resources:
Well, for RDN the reindex has spent more than 12 hours... and I paused the reindex of RQM... I checked the applicatrion server and the HDD space is growing up... in fact I thind the indexTdb will be for more than 50GB, my concern is why that index is hosted in Application Server and if not on DB2 server?
I checked this URL: https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.team.jp.lqe2.install.doc/topics/c_lqe_sysreq.html&scope=null (about LQE system requirement)so, I should have a server with a good RAM and with more than 50GB on HDD only for LQE... the application server where I'm working it has 32 GB on RAM and 150GB on HDD, but I think that LQE won't be functional if it will require more than 68 GB on RAM only for LQE...
Could you please let me know, if LQE could be useful with 32 GB on RAM and if the indexes size is more than 50GB? , Also, Does the performance on CLM could be affected when data sources are running?
Thanks.

Roberto,
in an enterprise setup, you would not run all the applications on one single server. In general running these operations loads data from the applications, so it has a performance impact, but once the initial operation has run successfully, the operation will only request information that has changed and therefore it would not put a big load on the applications. I would suggest to contact support and get help/suggestions for the reindex performance. Comments hi Ralph, do yo have a name that can help me to understand more than LQE?
I can only point to https://www.google.com/search?q=LQE+site:jazz.net or support.
