Sourabh Grover (13●2●5) | asked Sep 03 '15, 1:46 a.m. edited Sep 03 '15, 1:48 a.m. I am trying to download 2 software(s): 1) IBM Installation Manager  2) Rational Team Concert eclipse client. On the download page there are fields to complete before downloading as this is my first downloading, but it gives me error while clicking on download as i am from INDIA so in the drop down menu no state is there for my country. What should i do, how do i download then. Is there any document also for set up the environment with these above software(s).
