Unknown name for file when searching for locks in RTC

Hi,

We are using RTC 4.0.4, when we look via RTC webclient to Source Control >> Advanced Search.
And then we select to search for Locks in the Production Stream, We find in the result-overview that I have locked 2 files of which the name is <unknown>
Can you please let us know how to resolve it

Hi Satish,

Can you verify the history of the file and annotate file details for getting the user last update information.

With Project Admin Access, you can unlock the file ?

Whats your expectation out of the situation.

Its not for unlocking the files,but Why the file names are unknown,what could be the reason
