RTC Cognos integration

       I've created a few reports in Cognos that I have imported as Custom Report Resources into RTC. I am able to use the Custom Report widget to display these resources. The issue that I am running into is that the other users in my project cannot see these reports unless they log into Cognos first. For example, if I log into RTC off a fresh session, the reports will not be displayed on the dashboard, but once I log into Cognos, the reports magically appear. Is there a way around this that anyone knows of, or are all of the users in my project going to have to log into Cognos before they can see a report?
