Hi!
What BIRT version is supported by RTC 4.0?

When I run a report in Jazz Administratio perspective, shows the following error message: The design file has errors and can not be run.

The first lines of report are:
<report xmlns="http://www.eclipse.org/birt/2005/design" version="3.2.23" id="1">
<property name="createdBy">Eclipse BIRT Designer Version 4.2.0.v20120611 Build <4.2.0.v20120612-1721></property>

These lines may be the cause of error?
