As a first try, I would suggest that you (someone ) open the project area in the RTC eclipse client.   Expand the Project Configuration and then and Planning section.  Go through each item under the Planning section, even if it says "(unconfigured)".  There might be now broken items that will be marked with red X ( especially under Plan Views ).   Delete all that you see and save the Project changes.
