RTC email notification subject lines mangled

 In RTC 6.0.3, there is a persistent issue in which RTC is mangling ticket summaries in the subject lines of notification email messages. "[Work Item 55555] If this were a ticket summary line itwould look like this" where the space between two words is remove unexpectedly. It is only two words that get merged and is usually a couple of the words in the middle or towards the end of the summary text.
