CLM 5 stuck in "Loading Project Dashboard"

I just downloaed and installed CLM 5 on linux. My goal is to get some experience with DOORS NG.
After a few days the web client stuck in "Loading Project Dashboard" after login. I tried to log in again, and reboot the machine the DOORS NG installd on but none of these helped.

Where shoul i start to resolve this issue.
I do not even mind if i lose all my data by reinitializing the database

 Hi,

Could you provide more details on the problem? 
- Are you using DNG version 5.0, 5.0.1, or 5.0.2? 
- Does the hanging screen show up immediately after login, or does it happen after you try to navigate to a project area? 
- What URL do you use to access the application? 
- Is the screen completely blank except for a "Loading..." message, or do you get an actual text box that says "Loading Project Dashboard"?
- Are there any errors that pop up, or does the application just fail to load?

You might also want to check the application rm.log file to see if any meaningful exceptions are logged there.

  • It is 5.0.1.
    -it happen right after login
    • the URL is /rdm
  • No the screen is not completely blank it has the blue bar on the top with menus, however all the icons are missing.
  • there are no popups .

    Thank you for your fast response. 
    Meanwhile, after 2-3 hours it started to work.
