"Error invoking service" on Planned Items Tab

Hi,

When opening the Planned Items tab in the Web UI, I get "Error invoking service"

Has anyone seen anything like this?

I am not sure how to go about debugging this. I have checked the editor bindings and can't see any obvious errors.
