Creating a folder structure in SCM during project area init?

Hi,

I'm attempting to write a server-side participant which set up some things after the Project Area creation. The participant should create a Stream in RTC Source Control, a component inside the Stream and an initial folder structure inside the component (and maybe some initial document templates in the folders).

I read lots of things on jazz.net. And it seems not to be possible to meet my needs with the common API.
Which possibilities are left? Which internal Classes and Methods could I use?
