Is it possible to filter fields of type Contributor by role?

For example, if I have a role named "Test Lead", and have assinged 3 users to it, would it be possible to create a Work Item field named "Test Lead" that only displays the option to choose users assinged to that role.

Specifically, wondering if this is covered in:

Yes, this is built-in functionality covered by 95177 and available in
