License type precedence - how to change the config file
Right now, token license assignment takes precedence. It's my understanding that the license type assigned is configurable. I'm looking for the steps to do so. Is there a config file that needs to be updated, can it be done via the GUI? I want to modify the setting so the Floating license is assigned before any token licenses.

The Jazz licensing works based on this concept JazzLicensingExplained. I think it is not configurable.
