 I'm attempting to upgrade my CLM server.  The JTS, CCM, & QM upgrade succeeded with no problems.   The RM upgrade failed with:

The rm upgrade failed at step 1. 

Migration FAILED
Error running migration
CRJAZ0683I An error occurred during the post-import handler for the "com.ibm.team.process" namespace. Unsupported content type [application/xml] for RDF model. See the log file "/opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer6/server/repotools-rm_addTables.log" for details.

The log file has basically the same message.

What's the problem?  How do I fix this?

I am 2nd to Abraham to open a PMR to determine if the same issue occurs in your upgrade if you are not sure.
